About Mobeye

With Mobeye app, complete short surveys in shops around you and earn up to £10. The app is available on iPhone & Android.

Download the app

The app is available on the App Store and on the Google Play Store.

Once you have downloaded the app, you just have to fill the registration form.

Once you are registered, go to the "Settings" tab and enable the ones you want to receive.

To be sure you are in the right shop, we need your GPS coordinates. Don't worry, geotagging works only when you are using the app.

Accomplish a task

A task is a short survey to complete in a store near your position. The tasks have to be made in specific stores, specified in the app.

Consult the map or the list to see the tasks around you.

If you don't see any task around you, check you have enabled geotagging.

Click on the task on the map or in the list: the objectives of the task appear.

To book a task, click on it on the map or in the list and then click on "Book" at the bottom of the page. From this moment on, you have 2 hours to accomplish the task.

If after 2 hours you have not completed your mission, the reservation is automatically canceled and the task becomes available for other users. Be careful, if it happens too often, you will not be able to book tasks anymore!

If you can't find the store, check you are at the right place (the adress is written at the top of the task description). If you are at the right place, take pictures around you to prove us there is no store here.

If the store brand has changed, take a picture of the storefront at the beginning of your task and specify it in the comments at the end of your task. Fill the other objectives of the task with black pictures : you will receive a compensation (50% of the earnings).

If the store is closed permanently, take photo as evidence of the permanent closure. Even if you have not accomplished your task, we will pay a compensation (50% of the earnings).

Once you have booked your task, you have two hours to answer the questions, collect the information and take the requested pictures. Click on "Send" and you're done!

Don't worry! First, check a second time around you, products are sometimes not easy to find. If you still can not find the product, take a broad picture of the store shelves where the product should be and write "0" for price/facing.

Don't worry! Take pictures of the different store aisles to prove the absence.

If the staff questions you, say that you visit the store for Mobeye, a company which conducts marketing studies. If staff ask you to stop taking pictures, do not insist! Take a picture of the storefront and explain your issue in the comments: you will receive £1 compensation.

Once you have completed your task, our team will check it within 48h. You will receive an e-mail to inform you whether your task has been validated or not. You can also check your task's status in the "History" tab.

Don't worry ! When we have a lot of tasks to check, the validation process can be longer than usual.

Payment methods

For each task, the earnings are specified. To know your balance, you can take a look at the "Payments" tab of the app.

As soon as your balance has reached £7, you can ask for a payment.

You can get paid via Paypal.

Go to the "Payments" tab of the app and click on "Ask a payment". You will receive the money within 5 business days.

Payments are made within 5 business days following your request (usually on tuesday). If you ask a bank transfer, it may take two to three days after you received the mail confirmation of the payment. If you made a request via PayPal, thanks to make sure you filled your postal address in your profile. Make sure you also filled correctly your PaylPal address too.

To make a payment request, make sure you filled correctly your profile with your Name, Surname, Birth date and postal address. Then, complete your IBAN or your PayPal address and click on the Save button. If your IBAN is too short, fill the space with XXXX. If you still cannot make a payment request, please send us an email with your Mobeye connexion ID at contact@mobeye-app.com.

Technical issues

First of all, check your network: the app cannot work without a good network.

Send us an e-mail at missions@mobeye-app.com and explain to us precisely what happened. Our team will help you solve the problem.

First check if you have enabled Mobeye to access your pictures. If you still cannot take pictures, send us an e-mail at missions@mobeye-app.com.

This message appears when you select a task while the synchronisation of the list of the tasks available is not finished. The synchronisation of the list of tasks is made automatically when you open the app. When the synchronisation is over, the sentence "Tasks updated" is displayed on top of the list, in a green banner. You can also update the list by yourself , drawing the screen down. Once again, you'll know the synchronisation is done thanks to the green banner 'Tasks updated".
